That all being said, I am much happier using his meditation advice and instruction as a helping hand rather than a prescription for meditation success, as I much prefer the methods I am currently using. This book is profound and insightful, but told with the voice of a person who is down-to-earth and who shows humility.Don't go expecting unicorns and rainbows from this book, however what you will get is some great down to earth guidance from a man who can relate to the problems we face in our everyday lives because he was once there too.
